Guam – Black Construction has won its fourth national construction award in five years.

Black construction won the national Excellence in Construction Eagle Award during the Associated Builders and Contractors’ 28th annual excellence in construction awards celebration in Long Beach, California on March 21. They also won a 2017 national pyramid award for the regulatory closure of the Puerto Rico dump, in Saipan, CNMI.
