The body of a missing swimmer was recovered at Talofofo Falls Sunday afternoon.
According to the Guam Fire Department, units responded to the popular site just after 12 noon for a reported 50-year-old male who went missing while swimming.
GFD spokesman Kevin Reilly confirms rescue swimmers were searching the Talofofo River for the man and found his body submerged underwater at 3:15 p.m.
This is the third water-related death in two weeks.
GFD responded to a male fisherman who drowned on Aug. 9 in Merizo and also another incident on Aug. 11 with a distressed swimmer who drowned in Tumon just over the reef line outside the Nikko Hotel.
