Guam – Guam Congresswoman Madeleine Bordallo says she welcomes the suggestion from Senator Frank Blas Jr. to revive the expired compact “Reconciliation” Amendment.

In a letter sent Wednesday Blas recommended the move because it might help relieve GovGuam’s cash crisis. The now expired amendment allowed the U.S. President to waive debts owed by GovGuam to the Federal Government.
