DOC Lt. Jeff Limo and 4 others arrested during raid

After two years of maintaining his innocence in the conspiracy to smuggle methamphetamine into the island's prison facility, former DOC officer Jeff Limo accepted a deal with the government.

An investigation has been opened at DOC.

Guam – Guam Police have arrested five Department of Corrections Officers, including Internal Affairs Officer Lt. Jeff Limo, following a raid at the Mangilao compound this morning.

GPD and DOC held a joint press conference announcing this and identifying the remaining four officers as Frankie Rosalin, Jerome San Nicolas, Ed Crisostomo and Gary Hocog. A joint DOC and GPD investigation led to the discovery of ice and some cellphones in the DOC compound. Two residences related to this investigation were also searched resulting in the find of crystal meth, firearms and cash currency.

GPD Spokesman Officer AJ Balajadia issued a release saying that Lt. Jeff Limo was arrested for official misconduct, receiving bribes, and accepting gratuities for past service. Officer Crisostomo was arrested for use and carry of a firearm during or in relation to further trafficking. Officer San Nicolas was arrested for official misconduct, promoting prison contraband, and conspiracy to promote prison contraband. Officer Rosalin as arrested for official misconduct and promoting prison contraband.
