Guam – The Final Draft for the rules and regulations for Medical Marijuana has been released to the legislature. Some of the key components in the final draft include the removal of the cap on the number of dispensaries on Guam. Previously, there was a limit of 3 dispensaries. The fees for obtaining a license and registration for dispensaries has also been lowered from $35,000 to $25,000. The clock is now ticking as the legislature has 90 days to either approve or disapprove of the rules and regulations. If the 90 days pass, the rules will lapse into effect.
