Guam – Guam Police have arrested a 27 year old Brian Jay Tenorio on charges of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 6 year old Yona girl.
Acting Guam Police Spokeswoman Sgt. Liz Flickinger says that the girl was taken from the yard of a neighbors home in Yona about noon Tuesday.
When her mother noticed the girl gone, Sgt. Flickinger said the mother went to Tenorio’s house and knocked on the door. Tenorio came out and said the girl was watching TV, but then the girl ran out of the house and back to her own home.

Sgt. Flickinger said that the girl has been taken to Healing Hearts where she is undergoing a medical examination. Tenorio was just released from DOC last December on a prior criminal sexual complaint, said Flickinger.
And DOC Lt. Antone Aguon confirmed for PNC News that Tenorio was confined in December 2005 on a 1st Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct Charge and just released last December. He also said that Tenorio was on parole, until his Tuesday arrest.
