Two 40-foot shipping containers will bring relief to Chuuk and Yap this week
Guam – Quality Distributors gave 20,000 pounds of food to the Ayuda Foundation today, a gift that will be split between two shipping containers to bring relief to Chuuk and Yap which were hit hard by Typhoon Maysak last week.
Triple J Five Star also delivered a large quanity of food items today. They are just some of the businesses and organizations helping fill the containers.
Individuals are welcome to donate food, water, clothing, and gardening supplies as well. A collection site is set up behind the Castle Mall in Mangilao but donations can be brought to senatorial and mayoral offices as wellChuuk
