Captain Completes Historic Conservation Easement Study in Kosrae

Guam –  In conjunction with The Nature Conservancy, KIRMA and others, Guam-based real estate expert Nick Captain recently completed an appraisal for the first conservation easement in the Asia Pacific Region which protects the last Ka Forest in the world, on the island of Kosrae, Federated States of Micronesia. 

Captain, the only Counselor of Real Estate designated expert in the Western Pacific, focuses on complex international real estate appraisal and consulting work. 

His prior experience includes U.S. Dept. of State related work in Papua New Guinea and Fiji, Nuclear Claims Tribunal work in the Marshall Islands, mass valuation studies in Palau, and numerous assignments in Samoa, CNMI, FSM, Hawaii, and Guam.
