Catholic School teacher accused of CSC make take plea deal


The former Catholic school teacher accused of inappropriately touching one of his students may resolve his case.
Guam – Peregrine San Nicolas may accept a plea deal with the government for the criminal sexual conduct charge. San Nicolas was arrested earlier this year after a complaint of sexual harassment was recieved by Bishop Baumgartner Memorial School. It is alleged that the P.E. teacher had inappropriately touched one of his female students on several occasions.

He faces charges of second degree criminal sexual conduct, child abuse and harassment. A continued trial setting is scheduled for Jan 3 at 9 a.m.
