Catholic School Teacher indicted for CSC

A Superior Court Grand Jury has handed down a true bill indictment on the Catholic School P.E. Teacher who was accused of sexually assaulting one of his fifth grade students.

Guam – Peregrine Corpuz San Nicolas was arrested after a concerned parent contact the girl’s mother, telling her that her daughter may have been touched by San Nicolas. The mother in turn contacted Bishop Baumgartner School Administration who forwarded the complaint to Child Protective services and local authorities.

According to the indictment, San Nicolas is accused of touching the female minor’s breast on several occasions between January and March of this year, then again in August. According to court documents, it was her classmates who noticed that the girl was acting differently, the girl then confided in her classmate.

San Nicolas is charged with two counts of second degree criminal sexual conduct as a first degree felony, child abuse and two counts of harassment.
