CCTV footage shows fatal crash that led to arrest of 3 men

It happened on July 2 in front of Kaela’s Mart along Y-seng-song Rd. in Dededo.

Guam – Police have released the CCTV footage of the fatal crash that killed 58-year-old Anna Marie Flores earlier this month.

It happened near Y-seng-song Road in Dededo in front of Kaela’s mart. You can see in the video a 2013 Mazda 3 headed east on Clara St. which, according to Guam Police Department Spokesman Officer AJ Balajadia, is being driven by Riality Joe.

The Mazda 3 is then seen making a left turn to head north on Y-seng-song Road when police say the car veered into the opposite lane. It’s at this point that Balajadia says the Mazda 3 collides with a 1997 Mitsubishi Mirage being driven by Flores.

Apparently, according to Balajadia, the driver of the Mazda 3, Riality Joe, was driving drunk and had no driver’s license. Flores was taken to the Guam Regional Medical City and later died from injuries she sustained in the crash.

Three men were arrested after a police investigation. Joe was charged with DUI, vehicle homicide, negligent homicide, reckless driving, failure to yield right of way while Travor Todd Ruben was charged with hindering apprehension, unsworn falsification and obstructing governmental functions. Both were booked and confined.

A third suspect, Junior Miurha, was charged with making a false report. He was booked and released.
