Kenneth Michael Reyes is facing attempted murder charges after he allegedly stabbed a man in the chest.
Guam – Kenneth Michael Reyes, 52, is no stranger to the court system, having had a run-in with the law last year for possession of ice. This afternoon Reyes was back in court this time answering to a slew of felony charges including aggravated assault and attempted murder.
You may recall Reyes was on pre-trial release when police confirmed that he was the lone assailant in an altercation involving a man. According to court documents, last month, the victim reportedly drove to Reyes’ Chalan Pago home in an attempt to convince his girlfriend to leave as he suspected she was exchanging sex for drugs. That’s when Reyes allegedly walked outside of the home, telling the victim to leave before stabbing him in the chest. “Your honor Mr. Reyes pleads not guilty we request all the discover logs and Grand Jury

“Your honor, Mr. Reyes pleads not guilty. We request all the discovery logs and grand jury reporting. Request a jury of 12,” said Attorney Alisha Molyneux.
Reyes has waived his right to a speedy trial and has denied the special allegation of use of a deadly weapon.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 28 at 9 am before Judge Anita Sukola.
