Chalan Pago Man Arrested for CSC and Child Abuse

Guam – Officers from the Guam Police Department’S  Hagatna Precinct arrested a 38-year old man Thursday on multiple charges of Criminal Sexual Conduct. 

According to a release from G.P.D., Alvin Gerald Naputi San Nicolas of Chalan Pago faces charges of 1st Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct, 2nd Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct, Child Abuse, Felonious Restraint and Family Violence.

San Nicolas is accused of sexually assaulting his 15 year old step daughter.

According to the Magistrates’ Complaint,  the 15 year old told investigating officers that on August 7th she was sleeping on the couch in the living room of her home when she felt “someone’s hands touching her.”

According to the complaint, she told Officers that when she awoke “she realized it was her stepfather.”  She states that San Nicolas “ordered her to go out the back door” and sexually assulted her. She alleged that San Nicolas  “has been sexually abusing her many times in the past while her mother was deployed off island.” And she also alleged that San Nicolas “threatened to hurt her and her mother is she said anything.”

San Nicolas has been booked an confined.
