Guam – The Guam Chamber of Commerce, Guam Hotel and Restaurant Association, The Employers Council, the Guam Contractors Association and the Japan Guam Travel Association will be hosting a Gubernatorial Forum featuring Former Governor Carl Gutierrez and Senator Eddie Calvo, candidates for the office of Governor in the November elections.
The focus of the Forum is on the specific plans of each gubernatorial team related to the economy, general business concerns and private sector issues. The Forum will be conducted at a special joint membership luncheon that will be held at the Sheraton Laguna Resort and Spa on Wednesday, October 6, 2010.
“We are very pleased to be able to provide this service to the members of our organizations and to the general public by way of broadcast on television”, said Monte Mesa, Interim Chairman of the Committee to Keep Guam Working. “The Executive Directors and Presidents are reviewing the various questions coming in from our members and we are excited that we will all come away with specific proposed solutions to our economic, business and private sector concerns.”
