Guam – The Guam Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the winners of this year’s Christmas Festival Poster and Ornament Creation Contests held in conjunction with the 2010 Annual Christmas Festival holiday kick-off at Skinner Plaza on Saturday, November 27, 2010. Each year the Chamber invites all schools to participate in its annual poster and ornament contests. The festival theme this year focused on the island’s culture. Students were challenged to create an ornament or draw a picture relating to the theme of “Tiempon Minagof!”- Time of Joy.   The posters and ornaments were displayed and judged at the Agaña Shopping Center on November 13th.
