Chamber Seminar Today on How to Handle Customer Turnoffs and Complaints

Guam – The Small Business Focus & Development Committee of the Guam Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a “How to Nip Customer Turnoffs and Properly Handle Customer Complaints” Seminar today [Friday].

The Seminar is taking place in the Fort San Jose Room at the Outrigger Guam Resort in Tumon from 8:30 this morning until 11am.

Motiva Training & Consulting Proprietor Toshie Ito will be the main presenter.

Participants will learn how to adopt a mindset to welcome and look at customer complaints as great opportunities to improve product, procedure, policy, service, communication and business reputation. The seminar is part of a monthly Small Business Management Seminar Series developed by the Chamber’s Small Business Focus & Development Committee in cooperation with the Guam Small Business Development Center.  

Admission fee for the August 27th event is $10.00 for Chamber members and $20 for non-Chamber members.
