Guam Chamber to Host 9th Annual Small Business Expo and Outreach Event THURSDAY, June 27


Guam – The Guam Chamber of Commerce announced today that its 9th Annual Small Business Expo and Outreach Event is scheduled on THURSDAY, JUNE 27, at the Chamorro Ballroom, Guam Marriott Resort & Spa from 4:00 – 7:30 p.m. 


Small business owners, managers, and companies interested in meeting professionals and acquiring strategic partners are encouraged to attend this annual event. The tabletop expo will feature over Chamber companies and organizations from the private sector, local and federal government agencies such as GEDA, Small Business Development Center, Veterans Business Outreach Center and Guam Procurement Technical Assistance Center.

Highlights for this year’s event include a pre-expo seminar, “Back 2 Basics: How to Reduce the Cost of Running Your Business,” which will take place from 2:00 – 4:00 pm at the Guam Marriott Resort & Spa. It will feature a panel of representatives from Guam’s leading businesses who will lend their insight on how companies can become more energy efficient in their business and how to fund major energy-saving projects. A small registration fee will be assessed for the
seminar. Seating is limited, and RSVPs are required.

Another highlight of the Expo event includes an After Hours Mixer from 5:30 – 7:00 pm hosted by the Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber will also announce the winner of the Small Business Excellence Award. The Expo event is designed to bring business professionals together to connect and expand their business opportunities.
