The Department of CHamoru Affairs has announced that the CHamoru Village Wednesday Night Market will be suspended from this Wednesday, March 18, until further notice.
A news release from the Department states that the suspension is a “precautionary measure, due to the COVID-19 epidemic.”
As a result, the release states, “it is in our best interest to protect our merchants, vendors, visitors and our local community. We ask all parties involved for their full cooperation.”
