Check Your Cash, Police Warn of Fake $100 Bills


GPD is warning that there are fake $100 bills floating around. 

Guam – You may want to keep a close eye on your cash, in particular hundred-dollar bills. The Guam Police is warning that there are fake hundred-dollar bills going around.


Guam Police Spokesman Officer Paul Tapao says GPD has received a slew of reports from local grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations and individuals who have seen or received the counterfeit bills over the last few weeks.

The fake hundred-dollar bills have a pink Asian character on the left side of the note, 12 dash marks on the upper right corner and the exact same serial numbers PF03229158T.

GPD is asking the community to look out for these fake notes and to call your nearest precinct to report it immediately.
