A 29-year-old man, who’s on felony release, has been arrested after being found in possession of methamphetamine.

During a traffic stop on May 12 by the Guam Police Department, an officer noted that Mark Anthony Jundarino Nalicat, also known as “Cheesebread”, was the operator of the vehicle. He appeared to be fidgety and kept shifting his body in the driver’s seat, according to a magistrate’s complaint filed in the Superior Court of Guam.

GPD saw a resealable bag containing suspected methamphetamine on the driver’s floorboard, in between Nalicat’s feet.

A field test was conducted and yielded a presumptive positive for meth.

Nalicat is on pretrial release for a 2022 case. In March of 2022, he was arrested and charged for a riot that occurred in February 2022 at the skate park in Dededo.

On May 12, he was charged with possession of a schedule two controlled substance as a third degree felony with a notice of a commission of a felony while on a felony release.
