Guam – It began as a school for children with special needs, but Chief Brodie Elementary School may be converted again, this time to be a middle school for Tamuning-Tumon-Harmon students.

A resolution from the Guam Education Board which approved redistricting plans over the next several year also directed the superintendent of public schools to conduct a feasibility study into the proposal.

The conversion, according to the resolution, is supported unanimously by the Ta-Tu-Ha Municipal Planning Council and is also recommended by the education board itself.

Parents and other stakeholders will learn more at the end of September when the study’s findings are due back to the G.E.B.
