The Chief Justice of the Guam Supreme Court, Philip Carbullido, will deliver the annual State of the Judiciary Address tomorrow morning at the Guam Congress Building.
During remarks at the recent Law Day presentation Tuesday, Justice Carbullido said that the theme of this year’s State of the Judiciary has drastically changed because of the coronavirus pandemic.
And he’ll be speaking about those changes during his remarks Friday morning.
“The focus will be in reference to the performance of the judiciary during the pandemic time and how we see ourselves going forward, post-pandemic. We’ve just had to change our entire paradigm in reference to how we’re operating,” Carbullido said.
Chief Justice Carbullido’s State of the Judiciary address is set to begin at 10 am Friday.
