Chilis Guam to Offern New Food Items That Are Offered in Stateside Franchises

Guam – Chilis Bar and Grill Guam is now under new ownership and the new owners unveiled a new look and a new menu today.

Foremost’s sister company Nakicos is now the owner of Chilis Guam Nakicos also owns the Subway franchises on Guam. Nakicos Managing Director Marcos Fong tells PNC that that they are excited to expand into the casual dining business. Fong says they’ve upgraded their furniture and their food to bring some of the dishes that haven’t been offered at Chilis Guam like flat breads and craft burgers.

“A lot of people say well you know I’ve seen this in Chilis in California. I’ve been to Texas and they had this so unfortunately the restaurant hasn’t really kept up over the years so we’re really really happy that we’ve got some new kitchen equipment behind the kitchen there that enables us to serve some of the food that has been really popular,” said Fong.

Chilis will still continue to offer many of it’s old favorites along with it’s newer menu items.
