Guam –  A Superior Court Jury Tuesday found Chin-Ho Wang guilty of terrorizing as a third degree felony.

A release from the Attorney General credits testimony from the Guam Police Department and a Victim Assistance Unit Advocate who, the release states, “confirmed on the witness stand that the victim was terrified and feared for her life.”

Sentencing for Chin-How Wang is scheduled for September 6. Wang faces up to 5 years imprisonment.

The release quotes  Assistant Attorney General Lisa Hack as saying “The victim, who was returning from off-island just a day before trial started, was courageous enough to come forward and tell her story. I’d like to thank her for taking the stand.”

Hack also thanked the jury “for their attention and for performing their civic duty.”
