Clearing House Application: DYA Seeks $356K From Feds for Underage Drinking Law Enforcement

Guam – The Guam State Clearing House, which processes all requests for Federal funds from GovGuam agencies, has announced that the Department of Youth Affairs has submitted a federal renewal grant application seeking $356,400 from the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention.

The grant, Enforcing Underage Drinking Laws, with CFDA number 16.727, has a projected start date of June 1, 2011, and ends on May 31, 2013. 

Funds from this grant will be used to support, enhance, and initiate programs that will prevent and reduce underage drinking on the island.
