Closing arguments in Agababa murder trail set for Friday

This is the second time Agababa is being tried for the murder of his mother.

Guam – Did Allan Agababa murder his mother, Shelly Bernstein? This is the question that will be presented to the jury.

This is the second time Agababa is being tried for the murder of his mother. His first trial ended in mistrial due to a hung jury.

Over a dozen witnesses have testified over the last ten days, recalling what happened the night and days following Bernstein’s death.

Bernstein’s body was discovered by her son in bed on August 13, 2013, with a single puncture wound above her right eyebrow. However, there have been several theories related to the manner in which she died because no weapon has been identified.

On Friday, legal counsels will have one last opportunity to argue their case before the jury deliberates.
