CNMI: Congressman Sablan Signs Condolence Book at Japanese Consulate

Saipan  –  Congressman Gregorio Kilili Camacho Sablan and his wife, Andrea, made a visit Monday morning to the Japan Consulate’s Office to sign the book of condolences for earthquake and tsunami victims.

Sablan partly wrote, “My heart, thoughts and prayers goes out to the people of Japan during this very difficult time.  May God bless the people of Japan.” 

The Consul General then took a few moments to thank Sablan and Sablan said that many in the Northern Mariana Islands and in America will support Japan’s recovery and knows that Japan will be even stronger from the recovery.

Congressman also delivered a letter to the Consul General from Congresswoman Judy Chu, the Chairwoman of the Congressional Asian and Pacific American Caucus and a letter from himself.
