Community First to limit face-to-face member services for 2 weeks

Effective Monday, March 16, at 1:00 PM, Community First Guam Federal Credit Union will limit face-to-face services for a period of two weeks due to the recent developments surrounding COVID-19 or Coronavirus.

Teller service will be limited to Drive-Thru transactions ONLY at the Hagåtña, Tamuning, and Dededo Member Service Centers. To accommodate additional expected traffic flow, our Drive-Thru services hours will be extended from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and 8:30 AM -2:00 PM Saturday.

Face-to-Face Lobby services at our Hagåtña, Tamuning, Dededo and Mangilao (Student-Run) Member Services Centers will be CLOSED during this time; however, if you need to see a loan officer or speak with a representative, members may call and schedule an appointment. Call Center hours will also be extended to accommodate additional traffic. ATMs are located outside all of our four Member Service Centers and are available to members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The call center will be open from 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and 8:30 AM – 2 PM on Saturday. Appointments may be set up for those requiring additional services. Our Loan Officers will call members to schedule closings.

Members will continue to have access to accounts online and are encouraged to take advantage of our online banking, mobile app, or telephone banking services to conduct transactions.
