A man was arrested in Santa Rita-Sumai after allegedly threatening to kill a family of eight.
On April 17, Guam Police Department officers responded to a terrorizing complaint in which the victim said Twenty-nine-year-old George William Jesus Grey threatened to kill a family of eight in a residence in Santa Rita-Sumai.
According to a magistrate’s complaint filed in the Superior Court of Guam, while standing outside of the house,Grey yelled several threats to the children saying that he would kill them, and cut them during their sleep whilst holding a machete and a butcher knife.
The victim said she feared Grey would carry out his threats to harm her family.
Court documents further state a witness told officers that she saw Grey throwing a gourd to the victim and had heard him making the threats to her and her children.
He was charged with eight counts of terrorizing and eight counts of family violence.
