Bethsina Joseph, 39, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and family violence after allegedly assaulting a woman.

On April 3, Guam Police Department officers responded to a disturbance complaint at a residence in Santa Rita-Sumai when a witness reported that there were two women fighting inside her residence.

According to court documents, Joseph got in an argument with the victim, scratched and then bit her in the right arm.

When the victim tried to leave, she allegedly followed her holding a kitchen knife and stabbed the victim in her arm and ear.
