A woman faces charges after confirming ownership of a purse full of meth in a Tamuning motel, according to a magistrate’s complaint filed in the Superior Court of Guam.
U.S. and Guam Deputy Marshals were executing a warrant for Tanya Lynne Cruz Charfauros, 36, at a motel in Tamuning.
Court documents state that among other items, the Marshals found a purse in the room that had seven baggies of a substance that later tested positive for methamphetamine.
Charfauros allegedly claimed ownership of the purse and its contents.
