Consulate Opens Condolence Book for Those Wishing to Express Sympathy for Victims of Japanese Disasters

Guam – The Consulate-General of Japan at Hagåtña will begin accepting signatures in the Book of Condolence for the victims and those suffering from the aftermath of the mass earthquake and tsunami disaster that hit northeastern Japan on March 11 at the Japan Culture Information Center, 6th Floor, GITC Building, Tamuning.
The Book of Condolence will be opened as follows:

4 to 5 p.m. March 16

9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 to 5 p.m. Thu., March 17

9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 to 5 p.m. Fri., March 18

9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m., Tue., March 22

9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m., Wed., March 23

Please note that the Book of Condolence will not be available on Monday March 21 as the Consulate-General of Japan will be closed.
