Convicted drug smuggler wanted by feds for missing court date

Dolores Westfall was convicted of attempting to smuggle 8.3 ounces of ice with a street value of about $90,000.

Guam – Federal authorities are on the hunt for a convicted drug smuggler who failed to show up to her court date.

Court papers say Dolores Westfall was supposed to appear in District Court on November 9, but she pulled a no-show. The U.S. Probation Office is now seeking an arrest warrant for Westfall who’s been missing since at least September.

In August, Westfall pleaded guilty to attempted possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute. Westfall attempted to receive postal mail that contained 8.3 ounces of ice which has an approximate street value of about $90,000.

The U.S. Probation Office says they have been looking for Westfall since September through her attorney, who told authorities that she couldn’t find her.

In addition, local probation officers are also preparing a violation report for Westfall since she has also failed to report to them for her local case.
