Guam – Recognized for their hand-tossed pizza with seasonally-inspired ingredients, California Pizza Kitchen is proving to patrons that they’ve got something for everyone.
There’s now a whole slew of new dishes that bring bigger, bolder flavors to the menu. According to Frank Tretasco, the Assistant General Manager of CPK Guam, their new items are some of his favorites.
“For the newest additions, we have the CPK Cheeseburger, Carne Asada Pizza, and Santa Fe Power Salad and the Shishito Peppers,” he said.
Following the Assistant GM’s recommendations, PNC tried the charred shishito peppers, the chorizo queso fundido, white corn guacamole, avocado club egg rolls, and an order of chicken kelaguen flatbread.
“Normally, the number one seller is the Thai Crunch Salad. But now, with the addition of the CPK Cheeseburger and the Shishito peppers, they come back as well…People should keep coming back because we have good food, good service, and we just want everybody to come by and just have a good time,” he adds.
CPK is open from Monday through Thursday from 11am to 10pm and on the weekends from 11 am to 11 pm.
