Crime of the week: “The March 10th Burglary at C.L. Taitano School” 

Synopsis:
On Monday the 10th of March, officers from the Hagatna Precinct Command entertained a burglary complaint that occurred at C.L. Taitano Elementary School in Sinajana.

According to the police report:

School officials had secured the campus on Saturday the 8th at about 130 in the afternoon, in which officials returned back to the campus on Monday 5:40 in the morning, when a teacher from the school, had discovered her classroom located on the south wing of the school grounds had been broken into. A check was made to the entire campus where it was discovered that three (3) other classrooms, also located on the south wing of the school, were broken into with the classrooms ransacked and trashed. It was also discovered the double glass doors leading into the main campus by the nurses’ office had been damaged, however entry was not made into the campus.

The students from C.L. Taitano Elementary School and the School Crime Stoppers Program needs the community’s help relative to this burglary complaint that occurred within our island’s public school.
