Dana Gutierrez confirmed judge of the Superior Court of Guam

Guam lawmakers Wednesday voted to confirm Dana Gutierrez as the newest judge of the Superior Court of Guam.

Gutierrez will become the 8th Superior Court judge. She was nominated to the position by Governor Lou Leon Guerrero last November.

Gutierrez earned her law degree at the University of Southern California. She has over 20 years of experience in law, serving most recently as an attorney with the Calvo, Fisher, and Jacob law firm.

Gutierrez was among 7 nominees confirmed by lawmakers on Wednesday

  5. The nomination of Anisia Delia to serve as a Member of the Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority, Board of Commissioners. *Confirmed – 6.10.20 

  6. The nomination of Dr. Anita B. Enriquez to serve as a Member of the Guam Land Use Commission. *Confirmed – 6.10.20
