Guam – Prosecutors in Las Vegas have decided to seek the death penalty for 3 of the 4 defendants accused of killing of Sgt. Nathan Paet, including the slain man’s wife.
The Las Vegas Journal Review reports that the Clark County District Attorney’s Office has decided to seek the death penalty for Michelle Paet, as well as Michael Rodriguez and Corry Hawkins.
They are accused of plotting the Dec. 1 shooting of Nathan Paet as he left his home for work at Nellis Air Force Base outside Las Vegas.
Prosecutor also decided to seek life imprisonment for the 4th defendant, Jessica Austin.
