41 Year Old Woman In Critical Following Dededo Accident


Guam – A 41 year old woman was in critical condition at Guam Memorial Hospital as of  8 pm Monday evening after the car she was driving slammed into a concrete power pole in Dededo Monday afternoon.

GMH Nursing Supervisor Sally Quichocho said that the woman was still being evaluated in ER and would be admitted.

The woman was travelling northbound on Route #1 when her white 2-door sedan struck the power pole just past Prestige Auto.

Guam Fire Spokesman Joey San Nicolas reports that she was the only occupant of the vehicle.

The crash was reported about 5:40 pm.

Its not clear what the cause of the crash was. Guam Police were unavailable for comment.
