Dickerson & Quinn Employee Arrested On Theft Charge


Guam – Guam Police have arrested a former employee of Dickerson & Quinn on  a theft charge.

30 year old Cyroos Dimoala Belacora of Dededo was booked and confined on a charge of Theft of Property Held in Trust.

GPD Public Information Officer A.J. Balajadia reports that last Thursday, the company contacted  the Tumon/Tamuning Precinct to report that Belacora had been delivering merchandise to vendors and returned to the office short of cash that had been collected. Belacora didn’t show up for work the next day, which prompted the company to call police.

December 03, 2010, officers with the Tumon / Tamuning Precinct responded to a Theft complaint at the Dickerson & Quinn office.  It was reported that a employee delivering merchandise to venders, returned to the office short of cash that had been collected.  The employee didn’t show up to work the next day and the police was contacted.

Charged with Theft of Property Held in Trust.  Booked and confined.


Arrested Person / Robbery


November 29, 2010, at around 6:05am, officers responded to a reported robbery at Cory’s Place on Rt.16, Barrigada.


The cashier reported being approached from behind and then struck on the back with a 2×4 piece of wood.  The suspected robber reportedly grabbed the lanyard which held the keys to the cashier’s booth.  The suspect reportedly fled on foot with an undetermined amount of cash.  


December 10, 2010, detectives with Criminal Investigations Section following up on the robbery arrested two men in connection with the case.


Detectives discovered that the cashier and a friend reportedly staged the robbery.


Arrested: Kalani Meno Aguon, m/Cham/23/Yigo for Guild by Complicity, Conspiracy to Commit Robbery and Robbery.  He was booked and confined

Arrested: Akinino Swaiter, m/Chuk/18/Barrigada for Guild by Complicity, Conspiracy to Commit Robbery and Robbery.  He was booked and confined.


Arrested Person / Burglary


December 12, 2010 at around 1:15am a resident of Perino St., Agat returned home to find that his security lights were turned off. It also appeared that someone tried to gain entry into his home by removing a glass panel.  The owner made a check throughout his home and didn’t notice anything else unusual. 


At around 330am, the home owner made another check to be sure everything was secured, and went outside. He met up with two males standing in his property.  One male was holding what appeared to be a Tire Iron.  When he asked the men what they were doing an immediate struggle ensued.  The home owner sprayed pepper spray on one of the individuals and the two suspects fled.


Officers located one suspect at the Agat 76 Station and transported him to the Precinct where he was treated by medics for the pepper spray and interviewed.


Arrested:  Aaron Keen DeCastro, m/Cham/20/Dededo for Burglary and Assault. He was booked and confined.
