Guam – Guam Attorney Stephanie Flores has been suspended from the practice of law for a minimum of 60 days and ordered to pay restitution to various clients in 6 different cases.
The Guam Supreme Court issued the disbarment order Wednesday.
It was published on the Guam Bar Associations web-site today [Friday].
The order states that Flores “shall be suspended immediately from the practice of law for an indefinite period of time, but not less than 2 years.
However, all but 60 days were suspended on the condition that Flores successfully complete a probationary period and that she make full and prompt restitution of just over $10,417 dollars to various clients in 6 different cases.
The order states that Flores will not be able to seek full re-instatement to the practice of law until that restitution has been paid in full.
