Out of an abundance of caution and following a confirmed COVID-19 case within the agency, the Department of Integrated Services for Individuals with Disabilities (DISID) will be closed for the remainder of the week. All scheduled appointments will be rescheduled.
DISID is expected to reopen on January 31, 2022 at 8:00 a.m.
