At 5:50 pm, lifeguards at Matapang Beach called 911 to report a distressed paddleboarder and a distressed kayaker over the reef.
According to Guam Fire Department spokesman Kevin Reilly, rescue units arrived on the scene and recovered the two males.
The pair were assessed onboard Rescue Boat 1 prior to transporting them back to shore via jetski.
