Guam – Richard C. Taitano, Chief Executive Officer of Data Management Resources, LLC (DMR) and Gina E. Taitano, Chief Operations Officer, committed $100,000.00 to UOG’s 60th Anniversary Capital Campaign today at 9:00 a.m., at the University of Guam President’s Conference Room.
The representatives who accepted DMR’s donation include UOG President Robert A. Underwood and UOG Endowment Foundation Executive Director Mark Mendiola.
“We are excited to be able to help the university meet its goals and objectives as the premier academic institution in this region,” Mr. Taitano stated. “Our family has always been about education — higher education. This donation is about giving back in the spirit in which I was raised, and I look forward to working with the university to move forward.”

“It’s great to see local entrepreneurs who are rooted in Guam and the University give back,” said President Underwood. “Donations like these allow us to plan our facilities in perpetuity.”
Through their donation, DMR will be acknowledged as a “21st-Century Visionary” in the Triton Developers program, a fundraising strategy designed to attract different levels of support which can be spread over five years of the capital campaign.
“DMR is on the road to innovate. We are trying to bring our island, our folks, and our university to that next level,” said Mr. Taitano.
