DOCOMO PACIFIC is continuing all store operations amidst PCOR1 on Guam.

“We know how important staying connected is now more than ever. We understand that this pandemic continues to impact our daily living and we want you to know we are here to help. With the health and safety of our employees and customers a top priority, we have adjusted our store operations. As our store locations at Agana Shopping Center, GPO, and Micronesia Mall are within the malls (which are now closed) we are introducing curbside pick-up of handsets, modems, prepaid cards, and other related items. Please see our new hours of operation and designated areas for curb-side pick-up,” DOCOMO stated in a news release.

Hours of operation:

AAFES: 10am – 7pm (Monday – Sunday)

Agana Shopping Center: 10am – 5pm (Monday – Sunday)

  • Designated pick-up area: directly in front of Chatime

  • Call 688-CARE to arrange for pick-up time

GPO: 10am – 5pm (Monday – Friday)

  • Designated pick-up area: food court entrance

  • Call 688-CARE to arrange for pick-up time

Gualo Rai: 9am – 5pm (Monday – Friday)

  • Walk-ins are accepted; appointments are encouraged

  • Please call 488-CARE or use the SKIPLINO app (instructions below)

Micronesia Mall: 10am – 5pm (Monday – Friday)

  • Designated pick-up area: Concourse 4, 1st floor, roadside area (entrance near Philippine Airlines + Coffee Beanery connected to Macy’s)

Tamuning HQ Payment Drive-thru: 8am – 4pm (Monday – Friday)

  • Cash, check, and credit cards are now accepted

  • Debit cards are not accepted at this time

Tamuning HQ Retail: 8am – 5pm (Monday – Friday); 9am – 2pm (Saturday)
