Docomo Pacific and Pepsi presented GPD with the proceeds from their annual golf tournament Thursday.
Guam – Since 2008, DOCOMO PACIFIC and Pepsi have teamed up to support the Guam Police Department through their annual charity golf tournament which successfully draws the community together for a much needed cause.
Today, the two companies proudly presented the proceeds to the island’s men and women in blue once more. A check presentation in the amount of $20,000.00 was delivered as part of GPD’s Awards Ceremony held at the Government House in Agana Heights.
“It’s an honor to be here to support the Guam Police Department,” said Marissa Borja, Public Relations Coordinator for DOCOMO PACIFIC. “Collaborating with Pepsi to provide this to our officers for the seventh year in a row truly demonstrates our ‘better together’ spirit.”
The funds are used to offset costs for office supplies, auto repairs, maintenance and capital improvement projects to precincts.
