Guam – The Department of Defense has awarded a $10-million dollar contract to Helber Hastert & Fee Planners of Honolulu, Hawaii.
This is a architect-engineer services contract for the preparation of planning documents and related technical services at U.S. military installations primarily in the Pacific and Indian Ocean. The work includes the preparation of facility land use planning studies, environmental impact documents, cultural resource and natural resources management plans.

Work will be performed at various Navy and Marine Corps facilities and other government facilities within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Pacific area of responsibility including:
* Hawaii – 40%
* Guam – 30%
* Far East – 30%
The work is expected to be completed by September 2018.
