
The Guam Department of Public Health has released another guidance memo that provides guidance on allowable non-organized, contact physical activities and sports.
All activities noted in this memorandum are approved, provided that it does not promote, encourage, or become an organized competition; a tournament; a league; and/or an event resulting in the congregation of 26, or more, people.
The following activities are now permissible:

Any sport, and other physical activities, whether physical contact is intentional or not.

Professional or amateur sports activity.

Martial arts class.
-
Instructions and demonstrations, whether for commercial purposes or not.

Practices.
-
Sports camp.
-
Any other activity as determined by DPHSS

DPHSS also released Guidance Memo 2020-25 relative to providing clarification on those conditions that would be deemed a public nuisance pursuant to DPHSS Guidance Memorandum 2020-19 issued on June 13, 2020.
Due to the infectious nature of COVID-19, this Department has deemed the following conditions to meet the criteria of a public nuisance:
For Business Establishments and Organizations:

Failure to require employees and customers to use and enforce the mandatory use of face masks

Failure to enforce social distancing of at least six feet in the interior and exterior premises of the property of the business

Failure to post appropriate signage for face masks and social distancing

Failure to have a policy in place for the frequent cleaning of all surfaces
-
Failure to have an organization-specific guidance plan in place that can be presented to DPHSS and Department of Revenue and Taxation (DRT) staff upon request

Failure to properly maintain the required occupant load
-
Failure to adhere to the authorized number for social gatherings on the business premises
For Individuals:

Failure to adhere to mandatory use of face masks while in public
-
Failure to adhere to social distancing requirements
-
Failure to adhere to the required number of individuals allowed for social gathering

Expanded COVID-19 Testing Continues
DPHSS, in collaboration with the Government of Guam, the Mayor’s Council of Guam, private, and federal agencies, continues expanded COVID-19 testing.
Testing is free and open to the public while supplies last. No symptoms are needed to qualify for testing. If your village is not listed, please proceed to a neighboring village for testing. Please bring an I.D., if one is available. The expanded testing schedule is as follows:
