Guam – The Department of Public Health has anounced that the annual public hearing on the current fees schedules for licensing Child Day Care Facilities and Group Child Care Homes will be held on March 21.

JAMES W. GILLAN, Director of the Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS), announces that the annual public hearing on the current fee schedules for application of license or renewal of license of Child Day Care Facilities and Group Child Care Homes on Guam will be conducted pursuant to §3131, Division 1, Chapter 3 Title 5 GCA that all departments and agencies of the Government of Guam that administer and collect fees for government services shall conduct a public hearing on existing fee schedules.
The public hearing will be held on Friday, March 21, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Bureau of Social Services Administration (BOSSA) Conference Room located on the third floor of the Terlaje Building, #194 Hernan Cortez Avenue, Suite 309 Hagatna.
