DPW: Traffic Congestion Alert for Marine Corp Drive; Traffic Signal Timing Off

Guam –  The Department of Public Works has issued a traffic congestion alert for all motorists along Marine Corps Drive.

Traffic signal timing and synchronization has been affected by recent power fluctuations which is causing abnormal delays at major intersections.

DPW crews are presently working on re-calibrating all signal lights from Yigo to Agana and points further south. Motorists are advised to expect traffic delays and to proceed with caution.

DPW crews expect to have all re-calibration efforts completed by Friday.
