Driver hurt in auto-bus accident


Guam – An auto-school bus accident with Astumbo Elementary School students onboard occurred before 7 a.m. in Dededo on Chalan Koda.

The operator of the vehicle involved was treated for injuries sustained from the crash. according to a release from GPD Spokesman Sgt. Paul Tapao. The identity of the driver was not released.

According the Guam Department of Education spokeswoman Isa Basa, no students reported any injuries. The students were then transported to  their respective schools by the Department of Public Works’ bus service.
